RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. At this time we do not offer refunds.

The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@norcrossandscott.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped pending both item availability and credit card verification. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) and are fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase.

U.S. SHIPPING
Norcross & Scott Home utilizes UPS for all U.S. Shipping. UPS offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. Should you need your item quicker, please email us at hello@norcrossandscott.com after placing your order, and we will do our best to send your shipment via 2nd Day or Next Day shipping, additional charges will apply.

Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery.

Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

INTERNATIONAL
International shipping is unavailable at this time.

TRACKING
You will receive an email confirmation after an order has been placed. Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your package.

SALES TAX
Prices listed on our website are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax will only be applied to orders shipped within the state of Illinois. Please note that the actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in the event of law change.
